Please read this page before you use our books, calculators, tools or videos. It explains what our Products are, and what they are not.

1. Educational content only

Everything published by True Alignment Press LLC under the name True Alignment Books, including our ebooks, calculators, Vault tools, videos, emails and website, is general educational information about budgeting, saving and building your own accounts. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it is not tailored to your personal situation.

2. We are not your advisor

True Alignment Press LLC, its author Michael T. Abdullah and its staff are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, financial planners, tax professionals or attorneys. Buying or using our Products does not create an advisor, fiduciary or client relationship. Before you open an account, invest, change your budget or make any financial decision, please talk with a licensed professional who knows your full situation. Our books include a list of questions to take to that meeting.

3. We never handle your money

We do not open, hold, move, manage or have access to any money or account. We do not recommend any specific investment, security, fund, bank, credit union or brokerage, and we do not offer lending, credit repair, debt relief, trading signals or managed accounts. You choose where to open your accounts, you own them, and you make every decision.

4. No guarantee of results

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you put in. Returns are never guaranteed, past performance does not predict future results, and interest rates, inflation, fees and taxes change over time. Reaching any goal, balance, “Freedom Number” or date depends on your own deposits, choices, the accounts you choose and conditions outside anyone’s control. We do not promise that you will reach any particular result.

5. About our calculators and examples

Our calculators and worksheets do math on the numbers you enter and on assumptions you can change, such as a 5% planning return or a 3.5% withdrawal rate. Rates such as 8% or 12% appear only as comparisons for you to discuss with your advisor; they are not expected or promised returns. Results are estimates for planning and learning only. The examples, bills and amounts in our books, videos and site are illustrations, not the experience of any real reader, and not a prediction of your results.

6. Accuracy

We work hard to keep our information accurate and up to date, but laws, tax rules, account types, rates and products change, and mistakes can happen. We make no promise that every detail is complete or current. If you find an error, please tell us at help@truealignmentbooks.com.

7. Reviews and testimonials

We will only share reviews and testimonials from real readers, with their permission, and we will not edit them to change their meaning. If a reader received a free copy or anything else of value, we will say so. A reader’s experience is their own and is not a promise of your results.

We do not currently use affiliate links or accept paid sponsorships, and no bank, broker or other financial company pays us to mention it. If that changes, we will clearly disclose it next to the link or mention and on this page.
