Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information True Alignment Press LLC, doing business as TrueAlignmentBooks.com (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects through truealignmentbooks.com and our Products, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to deliver your books and answer you, we never sell your information, and the money numbers you type into our calculators stay on your own device.

1. Information you give us

Email sign-ups. When you join our list, ask for a free Vault tool or ask to be notified when a book or language edition is ready, we collect your email address, your name if you give it, and the choices you make (for example, the book and language you want).

Purchases. When you buy, our reseller Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing address, country and payment details. We receive your name, email, country, what you bought and your membership status so we can deliver your Products and support you. We never see or store your full card number.

Messages. When you write to help@ or info@truealignmentbooks.com, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.

2. What we do not collect

Our calculators run entirely in your own browser. The bills, amounts, dates and other numbers you enter, and any plan you keep with “Save my plan,” stay on your device. We do not receive them, and we never ask for your bank, brokerage or account details or passwords.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our video host records similar viewing information when you watch a video. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate visitor statistics to see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for targeted advertising.

Some pages may use essential cookies or similar storage, for example to run checkout or to remember a language choice. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies; the site may not work fully without essential ones.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver your Products and download links; manage memberships, including renewal reminders; answer your questions and refund requests; send the emails you asked for, such as the free Vault tool, launch news or a notice that a book or language edition is ready; improve our books and site; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

5. Email

We send marketing emails only to people who signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Order and membership emails (receipts, download links and renewal reminders) are sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Lemon Squeezy (checkout, payments, tax, receipts, subscriptions). Lemon Squeezy processes your payment information under its own Privacy Policy.
• Kit (ConvertKit), our email service, for sign-ups and emails.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
• Microsoft 365, for our email inboxes.
• Our video host, which streams the setup videos.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to protect it. We do not sell your personal information.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep your email subscription until you unsubscribe, and support messages for as long as needed to help you. After that we delete or anonymize the information.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and protect access to our accounts with strong passwords and two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to help@truealignmentbooks.com. We will answer within 30 days and will not treat you differently for making a request. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as those laws require. We also honor browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.

10. Visitors outside the United States

Our business is based in the United States, and our providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with data protection laws, we process your information to fulfil your order (contract), to send emails you asked for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time), and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the site. You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your information, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

Our site and Products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please write to us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will post a notice on the site or email our customers.
